OUR PROCESS
Every project begins with a conversation. We take time to understand your vision, your property, and how you plan to use the space. This allows us to ensure alignment in goals, expectations, and scope before moving forward. Next, your ideas are translated into a custom design that balances beauty, proportion, and function. Rooflines, layout, scale and detailing are carefully considered to complement your home and outdoor environment while reflecting LuxeForm's design standards. Finally, your vision becomes a reality through our craftsmanship and construction.

01
Engineered Planning and Site Preparation
We use engineered plans for concrete piers to safely sustain the weightload of the durable oak. Depending on conditions, we select one of two post bracket systems: bolt-down brackets anchored directly to the piers or sleeve brackets, where the post sits inside a steel sleeve embedded in the pier for added strength in higher wind-load areas. This provides a rock-solid foundation for your pavilion,
02
Timber Assembly
This is where the magic starts to happen. Timbers are cut, fitted, and placed in the brackets. Posts are set, trusses are assembled and raised, and each connection is secured with 3/16" steel brackets and 3/4" thru-bolts, ensuring a permanent, lasting hold.
To reinforce structural integrity, we add bracing at key points, which can be crafted from timber or an engineered steel arch bracket, depending on the design and load requirements. This provides additional stability while maintaining the aesthetic elegance of your pavilion.

03
Roof Installation
Once all the big timber posts, beams, and trusses are set and secured, we move to the roof. The process begins with 15/16" oak decking, providing a solid, durable base.
Next, we install a self-adhering ice and water shield, a rubberized asphalt membrane that covers the entire roof for superior protection against moisture and weather. Finally, the roof is finished with your choice of premium roofing materials, whether it is shingles, traditional metal, or standing seam.
04
Finishing Touches
With the roof complete, we move on to the finishing details that make your pavilion both functional and visually stunning. This includes:
-
Installing custom lighting
-
Adding outdoor kitchens or integrated seating
-
Applying sealants and finishes to protect and enhance the wood
The last step is a walkthrough to review every detail and ensure complete satisfaction. This step guarantees that your pavilion is ready to be enjoyed for years to come- a timeless structure built for beauty, comfort, and lasting memories.
