How It All Began
Hello and welcome to LuxeForm.
My name is Ashton Troyer, founder and CEO of LuxeForm.
From an early age, building has been part of who I am. Growing up in Lebanon, Tennessee, I spent my childhood exploring, tinkering with tools, and turning scraps of wood into forts, ramps, and anything else I could imagine. From the time I was eight years old, my Papa Roger would show up with a box of nails and a truck bed full of miscellaneous lumber cuts from the factory where he worked. To most, it was just a pile of scrap, but in my eyes, it was a gold mine. With nothing more than a Maxwell coffee can of nails, a hammer, a hand saw, and my imagination, I built everything from bike ramps to tree houses.
That passion only grew. When I was ten, our family had a garage built, and I couldn’t take my eyes off the crew. I studied every step, and while they broke for lunch, I quietly built the last door header myself—ready for them when they returned. They couldn’t believe it, but I knew right then: I wanted to build.
Growing up with my grandparents, there was always something to be built or fixed on the farm—chicken coops, well houses, lean-tos, sheds. That’s where I felt at home, even though I didn’t know where it would lead me. Without realizing it, I was building the foundation for what would one day become my career.
My first “business” project came when I built a doghouse for my aunt. Soon after, my uncle asked me to build a 40x60 barn. I had never taken on anything that size—my head said no, but my mouth said yes. That barn became my greatest teacher: countless YouTube videos, trial and error, long days of learning. When it was finished, I was proud—but I thought it would be my first and last barn.
Then the neighbor came over and asked for one. Then his neighbor. And before I knew it, word spread. That box of nails and scrap wood from years ago had grown into something bigger than I ever imagined, and my passion grew into a business.
Along the way, construction has brought more than just projects—it has brought people who have shaped my life. I met my wonderful wife, Brianna, through work, and together, our shared love for faith, the outdoors, and each other has made life richer and more meaningful. Our life together inspires the way we approach every project at LuxeForm, where every project is personal and the relationships we form extend beyond the build.
Today, that same spark drives LuxeForm. What began with scrap lumber and a can of nails has become a company dedicated to crafting structures that embody strength, elegance, and timeless design. LuxeForm is not just about building spaces—it’s about creating dream environments where beauty and craftsmanship intertwine.
